Haven't really had much time on the project, but managed to mount the shifter assembly. Next steps are to mount the RubiCrawler, then reinstall the 241OR transfer case.

The process was longer than I wanted, but the twin stick shifter and RubiCrawler are finally in.  I'm ordering new driveshafts, so I won't get a chance to test it until then.

Any chance you've still got your old drive shafts for sale?

Since this Jeep has been ignored lately, I'm feeling a bit artsy, so here you go!

After spending all my spare time on the TJ, the LJ finally received some attention this past weekend.  In preparation for Summer wheeling I've been considering a weld in cage.  However, I was fortunate enough to pick up a used, like new Rockhard bolt in cage, so I ended up going that route.  The cage is a good kit overall and well constructed.  The install was a bit of a pain, requiring assembling and re-assembling several times to get it to fit correctly.  I still have a little clean up work to do with the padding, and I'm debating on whether to add the floor tie in brackets, but overall I'm happy with the addition.

Picked up a set of 5 Walker Evans Beadlocks.  Now I need to figure out what tires to mount on them, which will have to be something more aggressive than the current KO2s.

Mounted my first beadlocks this weekend.  Ended up going with a Mickey Thompson MTZ P3.

It's time for a little LJ love.  I picked up a set of axle tube sleeves and C Gussets to reinforce the front Dana 44.  Also, after going through two sets of front sway bar link bushings, a Currie antirock swaybar kit is waiting to be installed.
