So, how was the install?  I assume pretty easy and painless.  Is it just spacers between the seat frame and the floor (based on the pic you posted in the other thread, that is what I assume)?  And does it keep the seats from laying flat when you fold them down?

Yep thats it. Literally unbolt, tilt seat, reinstall bolts
