i lifted it, got rid of the gas leak on the manifold, fixed the brakes, semi fixed the cooling issue

then it decided to spit out 99% of the exhaust.....

also it was almost impossible to get in it this summer with the broken collarbone.

Gotcha, how much of a lift did you end up doing? The plan I have is soa the rear and long arm the front and have 33s.

I did the rustys 4"(i might be a 4.5")kit.

Pretty happy with the height and ride. Smidge bit of fender trimming and i could stuff 33"s.

I wanted to do long arm and soa but couldnt justify the price. Its a beater truck, not a high dollar wheeler.

Update on the third post. Yesterday was such a perfect day considering the terrible weekends weather-wise we've been getting for the past several weeks.

Thanks. I was surprised by how much time passed with only getting one side done. Hopefully we get great weather this weekend so I can wrap up the passenger side.

Is that a pic of you using a roll of duct tape as padding on the floor jack? Is that a thing that people do?  Or did you just happen to set the tape there?  Confused...lol

Lol, yes. The jack was too short to hold the door up while I threaded the bolts back in. The only other option I had was an old rotor but that was too big and the door would have kept slipping off.
