Anyone have any rectangular tubing? Preferably 3/16" thickness. I'm "backhalfing" my LJ. I need about 14' of it.

If no one has anything second hand you can always go to BMG metals in manassas, Potomac Steel in woodbridge or metals superstore just east of the district in MD.  I suspect you already know about all three since your taking on a big job like that but just in case....
