I was looking at Rausch Creek on either March 3rd or 4th and was initially looking to hire one of their on-site guides due to the 2+ vehicle requirement ($200 for 6 hours).  I'd prefer to not pay the $200 if we can link up with other folks looking to spend a day in the area.

Any notable differences between Rausch and AOAA?

Pay $20 to become a member here, create a post for your ride in this forum, meet some new friends who won't charge you $200 to show you around Rausch

or
try your luck meeting up with a group here:

Rausch Greens = AOAA Blues
Rausch Blues = AOAA Blacks
Rausch Blacks = AOAA Reds

You basically need a helicopter to traverse AOAA red trails

 Bring out your popcorn

In all seriousness, the trails are very similar since they are only about 30 minutes away from each other.

Many thanks for the info.  I'd much prefer options that don't run $200...

I'll pay the membership and post a thread shortly.

We're planning to do AOAA on 2/10 with a large group of folks, so we should get a good feel of the park.
