Hooked up my battery tender trickle charger. Hopefully no more dead battery after not running for small periods of time.

Have you thought about the “little green knob” that allows you to quickly disconnect the battery cable when you park it?  Then the battery should be good when you decide to hop in and go. I used one for my GTO as I had a slow draw from the tail light harness for a while.

Got an Amazon link?

a little late for yesterday.. taught myself drum brakes...dear god what a pain.. and yes..buy the spring tools and make your life easier.. got bored and painted the new drums..

One of the jobs I truly dislike.  Nice job for tackling it and coming away victorious. BTW, the front OME shocks are on.  I need to rotate the rear axle before doing the rear shocks.  This will have to wait until I tackle the Savvy under armor.  Not a job for the faint of heart!

Haa thanks, it took a little swearing to get done. I'm sure the OMEs will work well. I have to see that red beast again when you are done.

Got a chance to swing by the car wash to power wash the salt off of it. Also added these things to the door handle area to break up the orange some more.

I just installed the Hood Wranglers on the JKU.  I now know why those hold the hood flutter free.  They are like an inch or more shorter.  Super tight.  Will be fun for my daughter to close the hood if she ever needs to.

Hope to get to the Scrambler this afternoon.

Have not seen that before - interesting. This should work for now, and it comes with a set of ring terminal cables you can leave permanently attached to the battery, and then you just disconnect the Battery Tender where it connects to the ring terminal lead, so relatively easy as well - just need to be parked within reach of a receptacle/extension cord.

I think I found the leak in my valve cover gasket

I hope that reduces the puddle that forms under the Scrambler. I have been running through cardboard. 😉

Now onto the oil change and replacing of the hood hold downs

HEY ALL!
Didn't do anything with the Jeep today but I did mess around with a leave behind card.  The original thread in the members area has the link as well.

I added a 2018 version of a leave behind card to the folder:
