I have been searching high and low for full size soft door like these but these wonít fit my unlimited. Suggestions welcome....again!

You all seem to be able to find things 10 times faster than my google skills can manage.

Hmm, I Note they don't actually have them in stock though..... So you might also want to try Morris 4x4;

I just bought a pair on eBay for $350. Still waiting on them to be delivered so I cant comment on the the quality or anything like that.

I searched for months on Craigslist and eBay.

Very very slim pickings. Used ones seem to go for 3-450. New ones can be found the cheapest on Amazon for just under $500

There is a like new set of soft door on CL but they are Tan. $300

I would go this route though:

Steel half doors and uppers in black $500:

I'm with you on this one.  I love my half cloth doors for cruising around in the summer, but a full cloth door just seems like to much trouble when you can get half factory doors used for roughly the same cost.  And the factory ones are at least water resistant.  My cloth half doors stop big splashes, but are no way water tight.

Buy the tan ones.  They take fabric paint VERY well.  I've done two sets of them in the past.  They aren't perfectly water tight, BUT you can easily take them apart and throw them in the back.  You can't do that with half doors (or at least easily).  For half doors, you need to match paint and probably swap out locks too.

I use my half hard doors with soft uppers in the winter, but from March through October, I use my two piece soft doors (when needed).  I like the soft lower half without the upper on it.  And as stated, they pop into the back of the Jeep very easily.
