$232 - 2 Poison Spyder Diff Covers
$50 - 2 Lube Locker gaskets
$15 - cheap fluid for the front
$60 - better fluid for the rear (potentially, depends on brand)
$10 - Brakecleen and paper towels
$367 - Now you are protected and look cool too - and still cost less.

I looked it up on our service guide (ford) and to do front/rear diffs and transfer case it's $250.  $130 labor rest is parts. Full synthetic fluids.  So yea, $400 is pricey
