With the TJ finished and out of the way.

You know as well as we do that you're never finished, but rather in between work/modifications!   Laughing

After replacing the MAP sensor in the F250, I went back to the Scrambler and rotated the tires. Dumb bad ball joint makes the driver front tire wear weird, so I am trying to share the pain with the other tires by rotating more regularly until I get to replacing that ball joint.

Let me know when you dig into it. I have an adapter kit for a ball joint press and overhead has a press....

INDEED Rich!  Cheers I already noticed that it will need a left front u-joint in the future. I was just reluctant to do it with all the other stuff I had done. One cap looks like it's lost lube and is on it's way out. Up on it's list with the to do before winter: New heater core, new heater controls, and two tires and a wheel alignment again.

Trying to track down and stop an annoying oil leak. Does not spot the floor - leaks just enough oil to weep down the block and coat the front of the transmission pan. Replaced valve cover gaskets - no dice. Just replaced upper oil pan seal. Not it. No oil on torque converter so I think the rear main seal is good. Looks to be coming from below heads. No coolant in the oil though so not sure that would be it - any suggestions?  2008 JKUR.

Dribbles got her first taste of some dirt. Ran her down Peters Mill and nothing fell off! Didn't bother to disconnect or air down as I wanted to slap it around a bit. As many know, that trail and others like it with those Little Rock's and a slightly quicker pace will make any weakness rear their heads. So far so good.....now to do more upgrade work.

Recently installed the Savvy steering box skid and the EMP radiator guard on the TJ.  Also cleaned up everything after the 3 day mud fest at Rausch!

Over the course of the past few weekends and culminating the past few days I installed just the Clayton rear Long Arms and cleaned up my rusty factory gas skid. I flap disc/grinded it down and slathered the skid in two coats of POR15. Pretty pleased with the candy coating shell.

Rear driver control arm mount was steadily getting more ovaled on the frame side, I already attempted to fix the more outward control arm mount hole years ago.

I need to get bolts. I somehow did not have any the right size. The zip ties work for now.

Oh,  and on the Scrambler, I replaced the neg battery cable due to the clamp on the old one breaking. POS metal.

Does it count that I used the JKU to go to the DMV and then the parts store to get the cable?  I did something to all of them. Sharing the love.
