I went into a store only to come out and find my back window cut.  Anyone know of a good source for a replacement soft top rear window?    Looking online, any I can find are $150 - $200.  It's ridiculous to spend that much money on the rear window, since I can buy a complete new top for only a little more money.

Is it the factory top, or an aftermarket? I know on my rampage top back windows are $60. I'm surprised bestop or someone doesn't make one that's cheaper than that.

I did see those.  However, the description says it only fits the Rampage tops.

This may or may not be helpful - I had my sailmaker replace the clear plastic in the driver door on the CJ so that I would not have a new upper that would look odd against the 10 year old top. The cost was not cheap but less than a new upper from Bestop. This kind of work is not his core business but he was willing to do the work.

I offer this as an option. Potomac Sailmaker is located in Alexandria just of off I395 & Edsall Road. It might be worth giving Dean a call to see what he has to say.

If this does not work out, try upholstery shops that specialize in auto interior work.

All the top makers, jack you into buying their own item and I do not know of any that interchange. Every one uses a different zipper or something that makes it only fit their top.
