Wanted to get some trail mirrors for when the doors are off and see if anyone has some or if there is a local shop i could buy from.

If you can't find one. I've used a plain Harley Davidson mirror before. Bought a cheap one from the local H-D store.

Alex, was the bolt long enough on the HD mirror to secure it in the JK door hinge? How did you attach?

Yes, it fit in the upper door hinge and could be secured.
