Just go to Crutchfield and order a new radio with Bluetooth and hands free calling.  You can get a good cheap radio complete with plug in wiring harness for around $100.  Some even have up to a 3 year warranty, depending on the radio you get.  Just be sure to add the "readyharness".  It costs around $20 extra, but is worth it to not have to do any wiring.  Installing a radio in the TJ is about as simple as it gets!

If you want dirt cheap I got one from Walmart for my trip home with the TJ from FL. I got it and the plug for less than $75 and it is CD-FM-hands free and Bluetooth.
