Thanks Dave. I know I donít have the tools for this in my garage. So I will plan on going to someone elseís place that has the tools and knowledge. I want it done right.

I have to tools and the garage  to be able to  help you out, as Garner can attest. I am just a but far from you in King George. You might  tickle  Ken at Mananas off-road to see if he can help , I think he is in your area or reasonable close by.  If not a trip to Chaos in Winchester They will treat you right.

I have always air hammered them out of the knuckle and used the ball joint press to install and seat the new ball joints. Then you mount the knuckle to the axle, set the preload and reassemble the front end.  Grab a Wrench!

Never had the luxury, but after watching some YouTube videos on using an air hammer to remove ball joints I wish I did!

I was super confused about one of the posts on this. Man that makes it so much easier with a larger press not having to use a c clamp press
