Indeed, and  finding a home that does not have an HOA in VA is difficult or extremely expensive or both lol. I swore I wouldn't buy one in a HOA and when the time came to buy, everything that didn't have an HOA was not worth buying as they were all beat to mud monkey and over priced.

I lived in an HOA controlled community in Ashburn for 5 years, after that I was willing to pay what ever premium was necessary to live in a community without one. With young children it was important to me to be able to build pool, have fenced yard of my choice, and leave my trash can out after 5:00 on trash day....

Sorry about the rant.. Redfaced

No reason to be sorry - I get it. I hate my HOA for what it won't let me do but I love it for what it won't let my neighbors do. Damn it I want to be the only one in my neighborhood with a pile of jeep parts out front, a trailer stashed in the side yard, and a washing machine out back to keep my goat company  O Say Can You See

Used it to tow the trailer into work for inspection. Didnít actually get it inspected so I will be towing it back with me tomorrow.

Pulled the front shaft out to replace the squeaking centering yoke.  Need a new grease shield too.  Still have a high-pitch squeal coming from the rear at 5-15mph, I think a brake pad or the parking brake shoe might be dragging.

Fab guy mounted my winch for me.  Made it to where the plate can be bolted on.  Also cut off the old d-rings that were welded on and installed some new shackle mounts.  Did a purty good job i must say.

Thanks. Yep, closed yesterday afternoon and emptying out the townhouse over the new few days. Brian's truck fits in the garage with only inches to spare...his loss is my gain  Mr. Green

It is the little things. Added a footman loop to the grill of the 3a. Now I just need to get the strap and I can hold the windshield down on the hood

Now to see if I can remove the steel cable and install the synthetic to the winch on the Scrambler (thanks Alex).
